Appointment Cancellation Policy

You have booked in for a Colonic and need to cancel. Please read the following

1. Cancellation by Client

a. Clients need to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

b. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame will result in a non-refundable deposit.

2. No-Show Policy

a. If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of $80 will be charged.

3. Cancellation Process

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by calling our office, using the online booking system. A confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduling will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

a. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

b. Refunds for prepaid appointments will be provided if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

5. Emergency Situations

In the case of genuine emergencies, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation.

6. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this appointment cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
